What you will do

• Lead monthly close, variance analysis, and performance reporting for technology and product cost centers.
• Partner with Engineering, IT, and Product leaders to develop annual budgets and forecasts for operational and investment spend.
• Analyze gaps in headcount, utilization, and cloud consumption to implement operational improvements.
• Develop business cases and ROI analyses for technology initiatives and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.
• Drive spend efficiency and value realization through standard metrics and cost transparency.
• Leverage ERP and BI dashboards to automate reporting and improve forecasting accuracy.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of progressive experience in FP&A or financial analysis, specifically supporting tech, engineering, or software teams.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Oracle/Hyperion tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related discipline.
• Ability to interpret large datasets and present insights clearly to both technical and non-financial audiences.
• Experience working within a matrix organization and familiarity with Agile delivery processes.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for data analysis and AI-driven improvements.
