What you will do

• Serve as the primary finance business partner providing strategic and operational support to the VP of Sales and Marketing.
• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives across the organization.
• Develop and own complex revenue models and provide pricing support to optimize margins and top-line decisions.
• Oversee month-end close, including spending reviews, accruals, and revenue/margin analyses.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation to increase financial efficiency and accuracy.
• Prepare executive-level financial reports and dashboards to support senior leadership decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields; MBA or CPA is highly preferred.
• 8-10 years of progressive experience in FP&A and accounting, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Advanced proficiency in Oracle, Business Objects, Adaptive Insights, and PowerPoint.
• Expert-level Excel skills (Vlookups, Sumif, nested If/Then, Pivot Tables).
• Must be based in or authorized to work in California, USA.
