What you will do

• Own the global media business to conduct win/loss analysis and drive product recommendations and feature enhancements.
• Create go-to-market strategies and training to position digital ad solutions for pharmaceutical advertisers.
• Manage the full lifecycle of advertising products, from kick-off and documentation to cross-departmental coordination.
• Lead product innovations across platforms by collaborating with Technical Product, Ad Ops, and Marketing teams across Newark, London, and Paris.
• Analyze inventory capacity and market intelligence to increase ad capacity and identify new delivery areas.
• Collaborate with Business Intelligence teams to ensure accurate media product reporting architecture.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in digital media, preferably with a premium publisher or ad tech company.
• Proven experience defining and operationalizing requirements for web and mobile advertising products.
• Strong analytical skills and expertise in data-driven media, content marketing, and programmatic selling.
• Excellent problem-solving and relationship management skills to lead cross-functional teams.
• BA degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the US to be eligible for company benefits.

Nice to have

• Knowledge and experience in Pharmaceutical or Healthcare verticals.
• Proficiency with Tableau, Ad Servers, DMP, SSP, and DSP.
