TL;DR

Senior Account Executive (SLED): Driving net new and expansion revenue across U.S. Federal Civilian, DOJ, and SLED accounts with an accent on navigating public-sector procurement and complex consultative sales cycles. Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)

Salary: Base $140,250 - $165,000 + Commission

What you will do

  • Own a named portfolio of Federal Civilian, DOJ, and SLED accounts, driving pipeline creation and bookings.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles from discovery through close, coordinating RFPs, RFIs, and contract renewals.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with agency missions and procurement timelines.
  • Build multi-threaded relationships across program owners, technical leaders, and executive leadership.
  • Collaborate with systems integrators, resellers, and internal cross-functional teams like Sales Engineering and Legal.
  • Ensure strict compliance with Federal and SLED procurement rules and internal pricing guidelines.

Requirements

  • Proven experience selling enterprise B2B software or technology solutions into Federal and/or SLED customers.
  • Demonstrated success in driving six and seven-figure deals within public sector environments.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Strong understanding of government procurement processes, including contract vehicles and funding cycles.
  • Excellent executive communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling data platforms, infrastructure software, or mission-critical systems.
  • Familiarity with common Federal SIs and channel partners.
  • Ability to influence without authority and lead complex internal deal teams.
