What you will do
- Prospect across a broad range of SLED accounts to uncover new business opportunities and build a robust pipeline.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify client pain points, challenges, and objectives.
- Articulate 's SaaS and on-prem solutions to address the unique needs of each potential client.
- Foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders leveraging the MEDDPIC methodology.
- Collaborate with Solution Engineers, Business Development, and Channel partners to maximize impact.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to achieve favorable outcomes for both the client and the company.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience selling Enterprise Software to State, Local, and Higher Education (SLED) accounts.
- Experience developing relationships with Public Sector Partners and System Integrators.
- Proficiency in utilizing defined Sales Methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, MEDDICC, Challenger).
- Proven track record of uncovering opportunities in net new and existing accounts through creative prospecting.
- Full ownership of the end-to-end sales process.
- Must be based in the United States.
