Compensation: $95,000 – $165,000 (Base + Commission)

What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting and booking meetings to running discovery and closing new business.
- Generate a high-volume pipeline using phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage target accounts.
- Conduct tailored discovery and demo calls to align 's value proposition with customer pain points.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast within Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Implementation and Account Management teams to ensure smooth client handoffs.
- Sell to a variety of personas, including Office Managers, Finance, and HR leaders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle B2B sales, focusing on outbound prospecting and mid-market new business.
- Proven hunter mindset with energy for building pipelines and closing net new deals.
- Eligibility to work in the USA.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Boston, Chicago, or Miami.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly for video and phone interactions.
- Ability to engage senior decision-makers and adapt messaging to different personas.
