TL;DR

Senior Account Executive (SaaS): Driving revenue growth through outbound prospecting and managing the full sales cycle for a travel and spend management platform with an accent on mid-market B2B acquisition. Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to Boston, Chicago, or Miami

Compensation: $95,000 – $165,000 (Base + Commission)

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting and booking meetings to running discovery and closing new business.
  • Generate a high-volume pipeline using phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage target accounts.
  • Conduct tailored discovery and demo calls to align hirify.global's value proposition with customer pain points.
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast within Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Implementation and Account Management teams to ensure smooth client handoffs.
  • Sell to a variety of personas, including Office Managers, Finance, and HR leaders.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle B2B sales, focusing on outbound prospecting and mid-market new business.
  • Proven hunter mindset with energy for building pipelines and closing net new deals.
  • Eligibility to work in the USA.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Boston, Chicago, or Miami.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly for video and phone interactions.
  • Ability to engage senior decision-makers and adapt messaging to different personas.
