What you will do

• Serve as the primary benefits contact for a portfolio of small group employer clients.
• Guide clients through the full renewal process, from needs assessment to enrollment support.
• Recommend optimal coverage options (dental, vision, life, disability, HSA/FSA) and plan types (SGHI, Level Funded, LGHI).
• Provide clear and approachable guidance on complex health insurance concepts via phone and email.
• Ensure timely, accurate support and meet SLAs in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Requirements

• Active Life and Health Producer License.
• Minimum 4+ years in a customer-facing role, preferably with health insurance or benefits experience.
• Proven experience supporting a client portfolio and managing ongoing relationships.
• Track record of strong client retention and high-quality service delivery.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
