Location: Must be based in the Midwest (US) with willingness to travel across the territory

Salary: $175,000 – $200,000 OTE + Commissions

What you will do

  • Build and expand a book of business across hospitals, health systems, and ambulatory surgery centers in the Midwest.
  • Prospect and engage key stakeholders, including OR administrators, perioperative leaders, and clinical directors.
  • Lead consultative sales cycles to identify client pain points and position tailored solutions.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to drive customer interest.
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract execution.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline visibility, activity tracking, and forecasting to meet revenue targets.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in healthcare sales, including SaaS, health-tech, or medical device sales.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas selling into hospitals or surgery centers.
  • Strong ability to engage and influence clinical and operational stakeholders.
  • Must be based in the Midwest region.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to operate independently and manage a territory.
  • Strong communication skills for delivering product demos and executive-level conversations.
