TL;DR

Territory Sales Manager (Healthcare SaaS): Driving new business growth and expanding the footprint of the O.R. TRAX platform across hospitals and surgery centers with an accent on consultative sales and pipeline development. Focus on navigating complex healthcare buying environments and building high-level relationships with clinical and operational leaders.

Location: Must be based in the Northeast US with willingness to travel across the territory

Salary: $175,000 – $200,000 OTE + Commissions

What you will do

  • Own and expand the book of business across hospitals, health systems, and ambulatory surgery centers in the Northeast region.
  • Prospect and engage key stakeholders including OR administrators, perioperative leaders, and clinical directors.
  • Lead full consultative sales cycles from initial outreach through contract execution.
  • Deliver high-impact product demonstrations that communicate value and drive customer interest.
  • Act as a market ambassador by attending healthcare events, trade shows, and industry forums.
  • Collaborate with implementation and support teams to ensure successful client onboarding and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in healthcare sales, including SaaS, healthcare technology, or medical device sales.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas when selling into hospitals or health systems.
  • Must be based in the Northeast US.
  • Strong consultative selling approach and ability to navigate complex healthcare buying environments.
  • Experience managing pipeline, forecasting, and sales metrics effectively.
  • Strong presentation skills for delivering executive-level conversations and product demos.

Nice to have

  • Experience with OR workflows, vendor credentialing, or hospital compliance.
