What you will do

• Own and drive IB performance and growth targets in the Thai market.
• Develop and execute strategic action plans to acquire new partnerships and expand existing ones.
• Lead, inspire, and coach a team of Business Development Managers.
• Establish and monitor clear KPIs to ensure departmental success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Compliance, and Payments to align market initiatives.
• Analyze market data and partner performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Management, Economics, or a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Development and IB within the Forex/Fintech industry.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a managerial role overseeing teams.
• Fluent in both Thai and English.
• Deep understanding of financial markets, including forex and crypto.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel for reporting and analysis.
