Location: Remote Serbia, Schedule: US Mountain Time hours, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM MT
Salary: $1,400–$1,950 USD (negotiable based on experience)

What you will do
- Research, identify, and reach out to potential customers via cold email, calls, and LinkedIn.
- Qualify prospects by understanding their needs and fit for the SaaS solution.
- Schedule qualified product demos for the sales team.
- Log activities, conversations, and follow-ups in CRM.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing on messaging, targeting, and strategies.
- Build product knowledge and maintain follow-ups to nurture leads.
- Track and meet monthly targets for outreach, bookings, and qualified leads.
Requirements
- 2-3+ years in SDR, BDR, or outbound sales roles
- Strong written and verbal English at C1-C2 level
- SaaS sales experience
- Comfortable with cold outreach, follow-ups, and early sales conversations
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce (preferred)
- Self-motivated, organized, results-driven with strong time management
- Ability to work independently in remote environment
Nice to have
- Familiarity with ZoomInfo or similar prospecting tools
