TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (SDR) (SaaS): Identify, qualify, and engage potential customers through cold outreach, email, calls, and LinkedIn to build a healthy sales pipeline with an accent on lead generation, prospect qualification, and demo scheduling. Focus on CRM management, follow-ups, metrics tracking, and collaboration with sales and marketing teams.

Location: Remote Serbia, Schedule: US Mountain Time hours, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM MT

Salary: $1,400–$1,950 USD (negotiable based on experience)

What you will do

  • Research, identify, and reach out to potential customers via cold email, calls, and LinkedIn.
  • Qualify prospects by understanding their needs and fit for the SaaS solution.
  • Schedule qualified product demos for the sales team.
  • Log activities, conversations, and follow-ups in CRM.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing on messaging, targeting, and strategies.
  • Build product knowledge and maintain follow-ups to nurture leads.
  • Track and meet monthly targets for outreach, bookings, and qualified leads.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years in SDR, BDR, or outbound sales roles
  • Strong written and verbal English at C1-C2 level
  • SaaS sales experience
  • Comfortable with cold outreach, follow-ups, and early sales conversations
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce (preferred)
  • Self-motivated, organized, results-driven with strong time management
  • Ability to work independently in remote environment

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with ZoomInfo or similar prospecting tools
