TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (UK). Must have the legal right to work in the UK; no visa sponsorship provided.

What you will do

  • Lead and coach a team of 5-6 BDRs to prospect and qualify high-quality opportunities.
  • Architect and execute international business development strategies for UK, Europe, GCC, and APAC.
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing to improve lead quality and inbound conversion.
  • Manage KPIs and quotas, providing detailed reporting and accurate forecasts to leadership.
  • Recruit, hire, and train new BDRs for international regions.
  • Develop sales assets including scripts, battle cards, and objection handling materials.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of leadership experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record in outbound sales prospecting and BDR training.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce reports and dashboards.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Must have the legal right to work in the UK.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the restaurant SaaS industry.
  • Proficiency with Outreach, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Highspot.
  • Data-oriented mindset with a focus on using data to drive decisions.
