TL;DR
US Operations Specialist (MedTech): Managing logistics, inventory, distribution records, and US quality-system activities for AI medical-device products with an accent on traceability, compliance, and operational accuracy. Focus on improving workflows, coordinating product deployment and servicing, handling complaints and corrective actions, and maintaining audit-ready records across Operations, Sales, Quality, and Engineering.

Location: Hybrid position based in Providence, Rhode Island, open to candidates in the greater Providence or Boston area; approximately 2 days per week in the Providence office.

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 base salary plus 20% variable compensation.

What you will do

  • Manage product logistics, inventory, forecasting, replenishment, reconciliation, and distribution activities.
  • Maintain accurate product, asset, traceability, and distribution records in ERP systems.
  • Assess and improve US operational workflows, conduct audits, and support corrective actions.
  • Manage installation, maintenance, RMA, document-control, records-management, and quality-system activities.
  • Identify and escalate product complaints and quality issues; support investigations, technical escalations, and corrective actions.
  • Provide occasional installation, configuration, deployment, servicing, event, and conference logistics support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of experience as an Operations Coordinator or in a similar operational role.
  • Experience in a startup or fast-growing environment; medical-device or other regulated-industry experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Copilot.
  • Experience with inventory-management software, ERP, and/or CRM systems.
  • Strong communication, analytical, organizational, problem-solving, prioritization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work from the Providence/Boston area and attend the Providence office approximately 2 days per week.
