BizOps Manager, Supply Chain

Location: Fully remote, with biannual company off-sites.

Salary: $140,000–$160,000 base salary annually, plus a bonus depending on experience.

What you will do

• Build and refine supply chain models for COGS reliability and capacity forecasting.
• Own S&OP and variance analyses, optimizing forecasts and planning.
• Prepare monthly business reviews and OKR meetings for operational strategy and performance alignment.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives improving gross margin, inventory efficiency, and other operations metrics.
• Develop KPI dashboards providing daily, weekly, and monthly performance visibility.
• Partner with Finance on supply chain assumptions and translate complex analysis into executive presentations.

Requirements

• BS or MS degree in a quantitative or computational field.
• 5–7+ years of data analytics experience in corporate, consulting, or investment banking environments.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, statistical analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• High proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets and PowerPoint or Google Slides.
• Expertise with SQL; knowledge of R or Python is preferred.
• Experience with Google Cloud platforms is preferred.
