Warehouse Analyst (Supply Chain)

Location: USA; listed locations include Henrico, Virginia and Columbia, South Carolina. The role is based in Columbia, South Carolina and requires onsite warehouse operations support.

Salary: $49,600–$68,200 USD annual base pay.

What you will do

• Analyze warehouse, inventory, receiving, and finished-goods data.
• Audit data accuracy and resolve data integrity issues.
• Prepare operational reports, spreadsheets, graphics, charts, and dashboards.
• Collect, compile, analyze, and present data from multiple sources.
• Track warehouse management performance and initiate corrective actions.
• Design, manage, and control data investigation tools while identifying process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• At least one year of experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and operational insights.
• Experience with Power BI or strong aptitude for developing business intelligence and dashboarding capabilities.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and operational reporting or process improvement.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and data-driven decision-making skills.
