What you will do

  • Design and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand the customer base.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team through coaching and performance feedback.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential growth areas.
  • Develop and manage the sales budget to meet or exceed established sales quotas.
  • Analyze sales metrics and provide actionable insights to senior management to guide decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or College diploma in a related field.
  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience within a B2B organization.
  • Proven experience in customer and territory management.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Salesforce.com.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Dallas, TX.
