What you will do
- Achieve year-over-year revenue growth targets for NDT, Mechanical Integrity, and Reliability Services.
- Manage the sales pipeline and document customer opportunities using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Develop comprehensive business plans for target markets, including revenue forecasts and roadmaps.
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with C-Suite and mid-level management.
- Prospect for new business using database tools, social media, and trade show representation.
- Collaborate with operations to align bid responses and client scheduling needs.
Requirements
- 5 years of commercial experience and 5 years of experience in NDT, Mechanical Integrity, or Reliability Services.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics) and Microsoft Office.
- U.S. Persons Only (as per ITAR regulations).
- Ability to travel 50%-80% of the time within the assigned region.
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work in industrial environments, including confined spaces.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to pass a drug screen.
Nice to have
- Graduate or Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business, or Finance.
- Experience in Pulp & Paper, Power Generation, or Aerospace industrial markets.
