Salary: $110,000 – $120,000 USD per annum

What you will do

• Coordinate multiple projects by developing detailed work plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Partner with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements and execution approaches.
• Facilitate alignment across teams in a matrixed environment, identifying dependencies and risks.
• Prepare executive-ready communications, including status updates and written deliverables.
• Track project progress to ensure deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
• Support continuous improvement of project processes, tools, and governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in project management, program management, or strategy.
• Proven experience coordinating projects across multiple stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for senior audiences.
• Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.
• Ability to work independently in a US-based remote environment.

Nice to have

• PMI or PMP certification.
• Experience supporting enterprise-level or large-scale strategic initiatives.
• Experience presenting recommendations and insights to executive leadership.
