What you will do
- Own and manage an assigned Enterprise territory, balancing broad prospecting with deep strategic account focus.
- Partner with Account Directors to align on priority accounts and execute targeted outbound strategies.
- Conduct multi-channel prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to expand buying group coverage.
- Engage Director and VP-level stakeholders in Maintenance, Operations, Reliability, and IT.
- Qualify opportunities and generate a high-quality pipeline to drive Enterprise ARR.
Requirements
- 1+ year of BDR experience (Enterprise exposure preferred).
- 4-year bachelor's degree is a requirement.
- Experience engaging Director-level and above stakeholders.
- Strong judgment in account prioritization and strategic rotation.
- Collaborative mindset for effective partnership with Account Executives.
- Must be based in Raleigh, NC (On-site).
