What you will do

  • Own and manage an assigned Enterprise territory, balancing broad prospecting with deep strategic account focus.
  • Partner with Account Directors to align on priority accounts and execute targeted outbound strategies.
  • Conduct multi-channel prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to expand buying group coverage.
  • Engage Director and VP-level stakeholders in Maintenance, Operations, Reliability, and IT.
  • Qualify opportunities and generate a high-quality pipeline to drive Enterprise ARR.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of BDR experience (Enterprise exposure preferred).
  • 4-year bachelor's degree is a requirement.
  • Experience engaging Director-level and above stakeholders.
  • Strong judgment in account prioritization and strategic rotation.
  • Collaborative mindset for effective partnership with Account Executives.
  • Must be based in Raleigh, NC (On-site).
