Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Driving lead generation and pipeline growth for enterprise organizations in retail, manufacturing, and logistics with an accent on AI-first research and account profiling. Focus on converting Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) and executing business development activities within the NA region.
Location: Hybrid; must be based in Atlanta, Georgia (minimum 1 day per week in office)

What you will do
- Execute sales and business development activities to generate leads and opportunities within the NA region.
- Convert Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) through strategic account profiling.
- Leverage AI-first research technologies to streamline prospecting and lead qualification.
- Collaborate with Sales and Field Marketing partners to drive opportunities in target accounts.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts in partnership with Account Managers.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative or in a similar role.
- Experience working within the IT sector.
- Strong motivation to achieve targets and drive individual growth.
- Creative mindset for targeting and engaging enterprise organizations.
