Salary: $105,120 – $146,000 annually + 14% Target Incentives

What you will do

• Lead service delivery for Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Exchange projects, including upgrades, installations, and security policy design.
• Implement migration management solutions using toolsets such as Quest On-Demand, AvePoint, and Bit Titan Migration Wiz.
• Configure and troubleshoot MS Teams to ensure adherence to contract SLAs.
• Mentor and develop consultants, engineers, and technicians in both technical and soft skills.
• Serve as a technical authority and subject matter expert at trade shows and speaking engagements.
• Collaborate with architects and project managers to execute detailed Statements of Work.

Requirements

• Must be based in Chicago, IL, WV, FL, or TX
• 5+ years of experience in a client-facing professional services role, or 7+ years of related industry experience.
• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent industry experience.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
• Current certifications in Active Directory, M365, Azure, Windows Server Hybrid, and ITIL v4 Foundation.
