What you will do

• Architect, deploy, and maintain Microsoft 365, Azure, Azure AD/Entra ID, and Azure Virtual Desktop environments.
• Manage Windows Server ecosystems including Terminal Servers, RDS, and Remote Desktop farms.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting for system performance, networking, DNS, storage, virtualization, and authentication issues.
• Oversee migrations for Microsoft 365, Exchange, file servers, and cloud workloads.
• Implement and manage security tools like Sophos Central, Windows Defender, and SonicWall firewalls with rule tuning, NAT, and VPN.
• Conduct vulnerability mitigation, system hardening, and security policy enforcement; serve as Tier 3-4 escalation point and participate in on-call rotation.
• Create documentation, runbooks, and recommend infrastructure improvements; develop automations using PowerShell, Intune, and Azure Automation.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Senior Systems Engineer, Cloud Engineer, or Infrastructure Engineering role, preferably in MSP environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, Azure, Azure AD/Entra ID, Windows Server (2012-2025), RDS/AVD, Intune, VMware/Hyper-V.
• Strong experience with SonicWall/Sophos firewalls, Sophos Central, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Active Directory.
• Proven track record handling advanced escalations and complex issues under pressure.
• Excellent communication, customer-facing skills, documentation discipline, and ability to thrive in high-pressure environment.
