What you will do

• Handle high-level escalation tickets and conduct quality reviews of technical documentation.
• Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, including AAD, servers, and workstations.
• Manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure using Meraki, Cisco Secure Firewall, and Cisco Catalyst access points.
• Maintain and optimize virtualization platforms using VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V.
• Provide expert support for malware removal, virus prevention, and email compromise investigations.
• Mentor team members and coordinate mini-projects assigned by the Director of Professional Services.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the IT support industry working with business environments.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior engineering role.
• Expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Google Suite, and mail flow troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Meraki, Cisco FTD, VMware, Hyper-V, and Microsoft SCCM.
• Required Certifications: M365 Certified: Admin Expert AND CompTIA Server+.
• Required Certifications: Either CompTIA Net+ (or Cisco CCNA) OR Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.
