Compensation Range: $134,000 - $175,875

What you will do

  • Conduct discovery calls, customized demos, and presentations to prospective customers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by aligning hirify.global solutions with customers' existing and future IT roadmaps.
  • Qualify prospects and develop new sales opportunities to create sustainable revenue streams.
  • Land, adopt, expand, and deepen sales opportunities with accounts within the assigned region.
  • Develop and execute regional sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual quotas.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales engineering, professional services, marketing, legal, and finance.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of field sales experience selling technical software products into the enterprise market.
  • Proven track record of securing new logos and hitting multi-million dollar annual revenue targets.
  • Experience executing complex sales strategies in Data Warehousing, BI, Data Science, or AI/ML.
  • Expertise in solution-based selling and managing complex sales processes.
  • Excellent presentation, listening, and organizational skills.
  • Must be based in Boston, MA.
