What you will do

• Proactively manage creative projects from design through production, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline adherence
• Partner with creative teams to develop strategy, present designs, and sell services to clients
• Collaborate with internal teams across creative, production, and finance to manage expectations and deliverables
• Train and mentor assistant creatives while monitoring design time and SLAs
• Manage photography processes and stakeholder communications, escalating issues as needed
• Plan staff schedules, conduct project evaluations, and pursue organic growth opportunities

Requirements

• Must be located in or able to work hybrid from Chicago, IL, USA
• Creative mindset with strong collaboration and communication skills across teams and clients
• Proficient in O2, EQ Live, and Excel
• Ability to plan time, deliver to deadlines, and manage project profitability
• Experience in category insights, trends, and brand advocacy
• Strong project ownership, flexibility, and professional communication
