TL;DR
Sales Enablement Manager (Legal AI): Designing and scaling core enablement programs to drive seller readiness and performance with an accent on onboarding, product launches, and sales motions. Location: Must be based in the United States or Canada. Hybrid schedule required if living within 50 miles of San Mateo, CA or Provo, UT.
Salary: $125,000 – $145,000

What you will do
- Own end-to-end enablement programs including onboarding, product launches, sales plays, and certifications.
- Partner with Sales Leadership, Product, Marketing, Legal, and RevOps to translate business priorities into actionable seller programs.
- Design and deliver training using adult learning principles and create playbooks and learning modules.
- Define and track enablement effectiveness using adoption, ramp, pipeline, and behavior-based metrics.
- Act as a trusted advisor to sales leaders, managing stakeholders and prioritizing work based on impact.
- Maintain scalable enablement systems, content organization, and program documentation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales, revenue, or GTM enablement.
- Experience owning enablement programs from concept through rollout and iteration.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales motions and deal progression.
- Ability to communicate clearly with both frontline sellers and senior leadership.
- Strong prioritization and project management skills in fast-paced environments.
- Must be based in the United States or Canada.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting quota-carrying sales teams (SMB, MM, or Enterprise).
- Familiarity with enablement platforms like Highspot, Seismic, or LMS tools.
- Background in instructional design or adult learning methodologies.
- Experience in high-growth SaaS or GTM environments.
