What you will do

  • Co-lead the monthly sales compensation process, ensuring accurate and timely commission calculations and reporting.
  • Enhance and maintain compensation tools like CaptivateIQ to ensure scalable and transparent data management.
  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor plan effectiveness and ROI.
  • Drive sales compensation analytics and benchmarking to inform plan design and market competitiveness.
  • Partner with leadership to model scenarios, communicate trade-offs, and assess business impact.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Sales, HR, and Legal to ensure compliance and alignment with business goals.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of progressive experience in sales compensation with increasing responsibility and scale.
  • Proven ability to manage the end-to-end commissions close process, including payroll dependencies.
  • Deep expertise in sales incentive compensation concepts, data tracking, and performance measurement.
  • Advanced analytical skills for manipulating large data sets and performing high-accuracy scenario analyses.
  • Proficiency in CaptivateIQ, SFDC, Google Workspace, and Excel.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify used for employment authorization).

Nice to have

  • Experience with Looker or other BI platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled tools (e.g., Claude).
