What you will do

• Lead the design and development of next-generation motor and generator technologies.
• Develop project budgets and forecast resource needs to optimize staffing and workflows.
• Collaborate with machine and drivetrain teams to define requirements and manage project scope.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery according to corporate processes.
• Act as the primary liaison between engineering, leadership, and external partners.
• Mentor team members to enhance technical competence and design efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering discipline.
• Extensive experience in technical solution development and solving significant technical challenges.
• Expert knowledge of project management strategies, tools, and monitoring techniques.
• Proven experience in team building and managing multi-stakeholder projects.
• Deep expertise in requirements analysis and product design from concept to production.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience designing components for the automotive industry or off-road machines.
• Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
