What you will do

• Design and implement electrical test systems for production lines, focusing on continuity, resistance, and functional testing.
• Lead end-to-end project management for electrical hardware systems to ensure on-time delivery and cost alignment.
• Coordinate the design, development, and integration of electrical hardware across cross-functional teams.
• Oversee the commissioning, validation, and upgrading of new electrical test equipment.
• Resolve technical roadblocks in partnership with engineering and production teams to maintain program timing.
• Ensure hardware systems meet manufacturing readiness and plant integration requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in electrical hardware development, manufacturing engineering, or automotive systems engineering.
• Strong understanding of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and hardware integration.
• Experience with the installation and validation of electrical test equipment.
• Must not require immigration sponsorship now or in the future (including H1-B, OPT, STEM OPT, etc.).
• Ability to travel up to 75% domestically and internationally.

Nice to have

• Experience with circuit board or system-level hardware design.
• Exposure to robotics, automation equipment, or machine vision.
• Familiarity with MES systems or production data tracking tools.
• Knowledge of in-vehicle software tools such as NeoVI, Vehicle Spy, or DPS.
