What you will do

• Lead multi-discipline teams of engineers and technicians for complex and mega projects.
• Oversee design quality, budget, and schedule for design services and EPC programs.
• Prepare complex engineering deliverables and perform advanced technical calculations.
• Manage client interactions, develop solutions for client concerns, and support business development.
• Handle management responsibilities including hiring, discipline, and pay administration for subordinates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
• Experience managing EPC or design services for overhead transmission line projects for US investor-owned utilities.
• Proficiency in PLS-CADD, line routing, structural loading, and foundation design.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Professional Engineer (P.E.) License.
