TL;DR

Salary: $141,000 - $200,000 USD / $193,000–$259,000 CAD

What you will do

  • Build an AI-native education engine featuring AI-powered delivery, adaptive content, and contextual help.
  • Map the customer journey to identify high-friction moments and embed intelligent walkthroughs directly into the product.
  • Translate enablement data and friction patterns into actionable input for the Product and Design teams.
  • Manage and develop a cross-functional team specializing in content, learning experience design, and knowledge management.
  • Define and measure success through product adoption, time-to-value, and support deflection metrics.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in customer education or enablement within B2B SaaS, including team leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of transforming traditional training programs into embedded, responsive models.
  • Real AI fluency with concrete experience integrating AI tools into content creation and delivery workflows.
  • Strong technical aptitude to internalize complex domains like data modeling and compensation logic.
  • Must be based in North America (confirmed via regional salary ranges and E-Verify participation).
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills for aligning cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience with digital adoption tooling such as Pendo, WalkMe, or Chameleon.
  • Familiarity with AI content generation workflows, including LLMs and synthetic video tools (Synthesia, HeyGen).
  • Experience designing in-product learning interventions and AI-powered help agents.
