What you will do

• Implement, manage, and support Knowledge System Tools, serving as the Subject Matter Expert for Microsoft SharePoint and Office 365.
• Analyze business needs and processes to recommend optimal methodologies and tools from approved platforms.
• Identify and logically map organizational data flows and their respective information systems.
• Develop SharePoint out-of-the-box apps, including lists, document libraries, workflows, PowerApps, and InfoPath integrations.
• Establish and enforce governance rules, manage Site Collection permissions, and define scalable site structures.
• Provide Tier 1 end-user support and collaborate with trainers to audit and improve knowledge systems training programs.

Requirements

• Active DoD Security Clearance.
• Extensive experience creating SharePoint apps and integrating them with other Microsoft products.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into detailed technical scope and objectives.
• Experience with Site Collection Administration, permission management, and creating scalable site structures.
• Knowledge of DoD, NDSA, DISA, and NIST information assurance policies and regulations.
