What you will do

• Define detailed technical requirements for EDI solutions in collaboration with prospects and clients.
• Optimize product set performance through monitoring and evaluating delivery excellence.
• Build comparable data models based on in-depth analysis of eligibility information.
• Develop search strategies for utilizing EDI and web-based transactions.
• Host working sessions with vendors, trading partners, and clients.
• Translate business requests into technical documentation for developers and Product Owners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience as an EDI or Business Analyst within healthcare revenue cycle management.
• Expert knowledge of EDI protocols and X12 message formats.
• Specific experience with 270/271 healthcare transactions.
• Proven experience in implementation or payer/hospital-side operations.
