TL;DR
Sr. Analyst/JIRA SME (Atlassian/SAFe): Supporting Jira standardization and user support for the Department of Veterans Affairs with an accent on workflow standards, tool integration, and end-to-end visibility. Location: US-based, fully remote. Core business hours are 8am-5pm ET.
Salary: $115,000 - $122,000 Annually

What you will do
- Lead Jira standardization efforts and provide user support to ensure end-to-end visibility across the product line.
- Integrate tools and drive data/workflow standards across Jira, Jira Advanced Roadmaps, and Jira Align.
- Identify implementation gaps against standard templates and recommend alternatives for better alignment.
- Provide technical support and training for end-users regarding Jira within the SDLC.
- Develop Jira filters, reports, dashboards, and roadmaps.
- Collaborate with Scrum teams, Product Managers, and stakeholders to streamline efficiency using the SAFe framework.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (or equivalent experience) and 8+ years of related experience.
- Deep expertise in configuring, administering, and supporting Jira and Jira Align.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Suitability/VA Public Trust clearance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Nice to have
- Certification or knowledge of SAFe, Lean Kanban, or DevSecOps.
- Experience with Power BI, GitHub, Confluence, and SharePoint.
- Experience with Agile Accelerator.
