Salary: $87,400 - $123,400

What you will do

• Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather and document business and technical requirements in an Agile environment.
• Manage EPIC grooming and decompose initiatives into detailed user stories within Jira.
• Analyze existing systems and processes to identify efficiency gains and recommend scalable solutions.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and developers to ensure shared understanding of project goals.
• Create technical flow diagrams and documentation to support software implementations and troubleshooting.
• Mentor junior and mid-level analysts, providing technical guidance and best practices in business analysis.

Requirements

• Must be based in the U.S. and authorized to work without visa sponsorship
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar technology industry role.
• Strong understanding of AWS services and cloud-based environments.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Proven ability to document complex system requirements and create technical workflows.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of data engineering concepts and ETL processes.
• Experience with AI-assisted tools like Microsoft Copilot.
• Background in the financial services industry.
• Prior experience as a QA Engineer, Software Developer, or in roles like Product Owner/Scrum Master.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
