What you will do

• Analyze business processes and gather technical requirements to identify automation opportunities.
• Design, develop, and support scalable solutions using .NET, SQL, and RPA tools (UI Path, MS Power Automate).
• Maintain and enhance existing SQL Server databases and applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and system reliability.
• Manage project documentation and tracking using JIRA and Confluence.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and provide ad-hoc reporting to support business decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, MIS, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience developing and implementing business systems.
• 3–5 years of experience gathering business and technical requirements.
• Proficiency in .NET, SQL, and RPA tools.
• Experience with pricing, SPA, or replacement cost applications.
• Must be a US applicant.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Unified Sales Desk platforms.
• Experience with testing tools such as Zephyr.
