TL;DR
Director of Strategic Partnerships (Fintech): Leading and scaling the No-code Payment Integration (NCPI) partner ecosystem to drive revenue growth and market presence with an accent on identifying untapped channels and enabling partner monetization. Focus on building a repeatable growth engine, managing cross-functional teams, and optimizing partnership ROI through data-driven strategies.
Location: Must reside in CA, IL, TX, MN, CO, GA, CT, NY, or MA. Flex First approach: Remote, Hybrid, or Onsite (Santa Barbara office).
Salary: $190,000 – $210,000 per year

What you will do
- Develop and execute business development strategies to leverage market trends and drive revenue growth.
- Establish at least two new high-value partnerships per quarter that contribute directly to revenue goals.
- Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team across BD, relationship management, and sales engineering.
- Meet or exceed sales quota targets and maintain strong partner satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product leadership to align BD initiatives with corporate strategy.
- Establish KPIs and dashboards to evaluate funnel performance and partnership ROI.
Requirements
- 5+ years of senior leadership (Director level or above) in B2B, FinTech, or Payments.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams of at least 5 direct reports.
- Proven track record of generating pipeline and closed revenue via ISVs, VARs, and partner ecosystems.
- Background in organizations of 100+ employees.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and strong financial acumen in interchange pricing and residual analysis.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and reside in one of the specified states.
