TL;DR
Partner Manager (Fintech): Driving the strategy and growth of a portfolio of large accounting firm partners for the Pro platform with an accent on revenue expansion and relationship management. Focus on identifying growth opportunities, managing complex partner configurations, and integrating AI-powered workflows into the sales process.
Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, Denver, and New York (2-3 days/week) or Remote within the United States. Candidates in Toronto are also considered.
Compensation: OTE $125,000 – $182,000 USD (varies by location) or $120,000 – $180,000 CAD

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of strategic accounting firm partners to identify risk and revenue growth opportunities.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and align the Pro Partner Program with partners' strategic objectives.
- Balance new partner acquisition with the development and expansion of active partners.
- Own end-to-end execution of contract renewals and upsells, including negotiating six-figure contracts.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to influence the Pro product roadmap based on partner feedback.
- Represent at industry events and conferences to attract prospective partners.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Partner Manager, Channel Manager, or in a similar sales-related function.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and managing complex, high-value contracts.
- Deep understanding of the accounting firm landscape, including business models and technology needs.
- Proven day-to-day experience integrating AI tools into professional workflows for research, writing, and summarization.
- Proficiency with CRM and sales software, specifically Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and Tableau.
