TL;DR

Director of Partnerships (SaaS): Owning the strategy, growth, and revenue outcomes of the partner ecosystem with an accent on Solutions Partners, ISVs, and Scaled Partners. Focus on building repeatable partner sales models, driving partner-sourced pipeline, and translating partner activity into closed ARR.

Location: Must be US-based, fully remote

Salary: Annual OTE up to $250,000–$280,000

What you will do

  • Own the overall partner program strategy across Solutions Partners, Core ISVs, and Scaled partners to drive pipeline and ARR.
  • Recruit, enable, and develop a high-performing team of Partner Managers, Technical Enablement, and Partner Operations.
  • Build and execute joint GTM plans with strategic partners to increase co-selling motions and partner win rates.
  • Develop and scale the Solutions Partner tier program, including certifications and enablement frameworks.
  • Unlock growth from Core ISVs through partner marketing and CRM channel management for Salesforce, HubSpot, and Pipedrive.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and CS to integrate the partner ecosystem with company GTM priorities.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in partnerships, channel sales, or business development, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of scaling partner programs that drive measurable ARR impact.
  • Deep familiarity with SIs, ISVs, referral and affiliate programs, and marketplace channels.
  • Strong revenue ownership mindset with the ability to connect partner activity to closed deals.
  • Experience managing and developing a team of partner managers and program owners.
  • Deep knowledge of CRM ecosystems, specifically Salesforce, HubSpot, and Pipedrive.
