Location: Remote in the United Kingdom, but requires visits to the headquarter office in the Bay Area, CA every 6 weeks

What you will do

• Manage all logistics for the company's medical education program calendar.
• Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to schedule and execute peer-to-peer programs.
• Maintain and manage inventory for demonstration equipment.
• Monitor event registration and report on program effectiveness.
• Track KOL activity and handle invoicing related to educational programs.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, clinical, legal, and regulatory teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• 1-2+ years of experience in marketing focusing on program coordination and execution.
• Strong project management skills and ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with marketing tools such as CRM and email platforms.
