What you will do

• Own and maintain product content, imagery, pricing, and metadata across CMS and Shopify.
• Analyze customer behavior using GA4 to improve product discovery and conversion rates.
• Plan and execute merchandising strategies for promotions, campaigns, and cross-sell opportunities.
• Identify and resolve friction points in the user journey to optimize the patient experience.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Pharmacy, and Operations teams.
• Conduct regular product audits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and optimization.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce merchandising or a similar role.
• Proven experience managing large product catalogues (100+ SKUs) within Shopify or other CMS platforms.
• Proficiency with GA4 or similar analytics tools to track user behavior.
• Solid understanding of conversion optimization and merchandising strategies.
• Must be based in the UK to support a hybrid work model.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or other regulated environments.
• Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Canva.
• Exposure to SEO and on-site optimization techniques.
• Experience with behavior analysis tools such as Hotjar or Contentsquare.
