What you will do
- Develop and lead paid social acquisition strategies across Meta, TikTok, Reddit and emerging platforms for the UK and international markets.
- Design bespoke paid social frameworks covering account architecture, campaign structure and optimization logic for regulated healthcare.
- Partner with in-house creative and brand teams to translate performance data and regulatory constraints into compliant assets.
- Configure and maintain advanced technical setups, including tracking frameworks and attribution logic in GDPR-sensitive environments.
- Analyze funnel performance using GA4 and server-side tracking to generate commercial insights for senior stakeholders.
- Act as the internal subject-matter expert on paid social platform policy and compliance obligations in the healthcare category.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience in paid digital performance marketing.
- Demonstrable experience managing paid social campaigns with monthly spends of £100k+.
- Advanced hands-on expertise across Meta and TikTok advertising platforms, including campaign architecture and audience strategy.
- Proven ability to develop acquisition strategies that achieve goals within tight compliance constraints.
- Technical fluency in tracking, consent-led environments and GA4.
- Must be based in the UK for hybrid work.
Nice to have
- Direct experience in healthcare, telemedicine, or medical cannabis.
- Familiarity with special ad categories and health policy escalation processes on Meta and TikTok.
- Experience supporting multi-country paid media programmes across differing regulatory contexts.
- Exposure to Paid Search or other performance marketing channels.
