What you will do

• Plan and execute B2B event programs across EMEA including conferences, executive dinners, roundtables, and hirify.global-hosted events.
• Own EMEA events calendar aligned with go-to-market priorities and regional growth.
• Partner with sales on pre-event targeting, invitations, and post-event follow-up to generate pipeline.
• Design lifecycle and nurture programs connecting events to broader campaigns.
• Track performance metrics like leads, meetings, and pipeline influence to optimize strategies.

Requirements

• 3–7 years in B2B marketing with focus on demand generation, field marketing, and/or events.
• Proven experience delivering pipeline-generating events in enterprise or consulting.
• Strong understanding of account-based marketing and complex B2B sales cycles.
• Hands-on with marketing automation and CRM (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
• Excellent project management for multiple programs and stakeholder management with sales teams.
• Experience in global company and/or multicultural teams.
