What you will do

• Create and implement strategic marketing plans for Caribbean and International Curriculum businesses with a focus on digital and social channels.
• Conduct consumer research to understand customer segments and influence product development.
• Manage the marketing budget, scoping annual activities and monitoring spend.
• Act as brand custodian to ensure consistency and integrity across all promotional activities.
• Manage and develop the Marketing Executive and freelance creative staff.
• Develop training strategies, webinars, and events for schools, ministries, and agents.

Requirements

• Relevant marketing or professional qualification.
• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager managing product portfolios in a global curriculum environment.
• Strong background in brand management and data-driven marketing initiatives.
• Demonstrable digital marketing skills, including website and social media management.
• Ability to network at a high level and deliver engaging presentations.
• Location: Must be based in London.
