What you will do

• Perform proactive preventative maintenance and troubleshoot production equipment.
• Assemble and test new production machinery to ensure operational readiness.
• Maintain detailed records of repairs and maintenance using an electronic log system.
• Manage spare parts procurement and coordinate with equipment vendors and service providers.
• Collaborate with operators to identify and resolve equipment performance issues.
• Maintain 5S standards within the designated work area.

Requirements

• High school or technical school diploma.
• 3-5 years of experience as a manufacturing equipment maintenance technician.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical and mechanical diagrams and manuals.
• Experience working with mechanical, pneumatic, and electronic equipment.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Position requires the use of information subject to International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).

Nice to have

• Experience with high precision placement equipment such as wirebonders, SRO, vacuum pumps, or chillers.
• Knowledge of optical components and alignment.
• Experience working in medical, optical, or aerospace environments.
