What you will do

• Manage end-to-end intake of client reports and source documents, ensuring 100% data accuracy.
• Identify and resolve data defects, processing errors, and inventory imbalances across multiple internal and external systems.
• Execute payment processing workflows while maintaining an error rate below 1%.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information following strict internal audit procedures and operational policies.
• Provide professional and compliant responses to internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Perform account-level analysis and administrative tasks to optimize back-office performance.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Lenexa, Kansas.
• At least 1 year of experience in back-office operations, ideally in accounts receivable, banking, or healthcare reconciliations.
• High proficiency in Excel and Google Applications.
• Exceptional attention to detail for identifying data defects and reconciliation errors.
• Strong professional written and verbal communication skills.
