What you will do

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
• Prepare and review reconciliations for cash, accounts payable, and accounts receivable across multiple systems.
• Support the preparation of P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Draft journal entries, supporting schedules, and financial statement footnotes.
• Coordinate audit preparation and documentation.
• Support ERP system implementations, including data validation and migration.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting.
• Strong experience with ERP systems, specifically NetSuite.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools.
• Ability to synthesize insights from large data sets into clear outputs.
• Background in lending, fintech, or high-growth environments is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
