What you will do

• Perform X, Y, Z measurements and visual cosmetic inspections.
• Verify part counts and ensure packaging and fulfillment accuracy.
• Identify quality issues in manufacturing processes and coordinate corrective actions.
• Determine order shippability and transport finished parts to the shipping area.
• Collaborate with shift supervisors, quality control staff, and CQRs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area following company policies.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, or refugee/asylee status (ITAR compliance).
• High school diploma or equivalent degree.
• Proficiency with measuring instruments such as scales and calipers.
• Ability to read and write in English and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to lift and move up to 70 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex printed or digital instructions.
