Salary: $96,000 - $145,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead concurrent office buildouts end-to-end, from workplace strategy and design to permitting and construction.
• Coordinate with Corporate Engineering and IT to integrate AV, network, security, and smart building technologies.
• Manage RFP processes and vendor selection for architects, contractors, and service providers.
• Develop project controls, including schedules, budgets, KPIs, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Oversee program financials, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control through value engineering.
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience managing commercial design and construction projects (office buildouts).
• Proven track record in contract administration, RFP processes, and vendor management.
• Strong expertise in project controls: budgeting, cost tracking, and performance reporting.
• Ability to interpret construction documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, BIM platforms, and scheduling software like MS Project or Primavera.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as PMP or CCM.
• Experience with procurement platforms like Coupa.
