Real Estate Project Manager (Fintech): Leading the end-to-end delivery of global workplace construction and tenant improvement projects with an accent on vendor management, budgeting, and design standards. Location: Based in Menlo Park, CA or New York, NY with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week
Salary: $96,000 - $145,000 USD

What you will do
- Lead concurrent office buildouts end-to-end, from workplace strategy and design to permitting and construction.
- Coordinate with Corporate Engineering and IT to integrate AV, network, security, and smart building technologies.
- Manage RFP processes and vendor selection for architects, contractors, and service providers.
- Develop project controls, including schedules, budgets, KPIs, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Oversee program financials, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control through value engineering.
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with specifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or Engineering.
- 7+ years of experience managing commercial design and construction projects (office buildouts).
- Proven track record in contract administration, RFP processes, and vendor management.
- Strong expertise in project controls: budgeting, cost tracking, and performance reporting.
- Ability to interpret construction documents, drawings, and specifications.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, BIM platforms, and scheduling software like MS Project or Primavera.
Nice to have
- Professional certifications such as PMP or CCM.
- Experience with procurement platforms like Coupa.
