What you will do

• Monitor estimated closing dates and manage pipelines via Encompass and other reporting platforms.
• Facilitate pipeline management calls and develop execution plans to address specific branch needs.
• Coordinate with branch processing to ensure accurate file submission to underwriting.
• Ensure all files comply with corporate and regulatory policies, including TRID, RESPA, and Regulation B.
• Partner with branch managers to monitor capacity and level load production.
• Guide and direct branch employees to support their professional development and performance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of loan processing experience required.
• Strategic understanding of mortgage lending functions, TRID rules, RESPA, and disclosures.
• Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, and VA loan programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Must be aligned with the Midwest Region of the USA.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in management, project management, or a team lead role.
• Working knowledge of Encompass loan origination software.
